FAQ

1)   Do you have a showroom or shop?

No, we do not have a showroom. As we saved on the rental costs, that's how we can keep our prices reasonably much lower than retail shops outside. We will do our best to give you the item description and also show you real-life pictures of the item taken by our previous customers of the item. So if you need more information before purchasing, please feel free to contact us via Facebook PM or SMS/Whatsapp 92348877

2)   How long is the earliest delivery?

Delivery generally takes 2-5 working days upon order confirmation. Our delivery team will contact you nearer to your preferred delivery date to confirm the delivery again.

3)   Do the products come with warranty?

Mattresses generally have 5-10 years warranty, while sofa, beds, cabinets etc. have 6 months warranty against manufacturer's defects. Please retain your invoice as proof of purchase.

4)   Is there any delivery fee or installation charges? Any other miscellaneous charges?

Our prices are NETT. All items come with free delivery and installation (Mon-Fri between 11am-6pm only) excluding weekends, public holidays, Sentosa island and Jurong island. Saturday delivery is possible with an additional charge of $50.

5)   How do I go about ordering?

You can order from our website directly using Paypal/credit card. You can also download our mobile app from Apple AppStore here or Google PlayStore here and buy within the app. Alternatively you can also pay via bank transfers after contacting us directly via Facebook PM/SMS/Whatsapp 92348877.

6)    Do you accept monthly instalments?

I'm sorry that we do not accept instalments at the moment.

7)    Do you ship internationally?
