FREE delivery is only applicable from Mon-Fri between 11am - 6pm. A surcharge of $50 for weekend delivery applies. No delivery Public Holidays. Additional delivery charges may be incurred at the discretion of The Furniture Guys should the deliveries be chosen to occur outside of our normal operating hours. A surcharge of S$30 in addition to the delivery charges already incurred will be applicable for deliveries to Sentosa Island. We do not deliver to Jurong Island.
Delivery for instock items usually takes between 2-3 working days and between 4 - 14 working days for pre-order items, unless otherwise stated. In case of stock inavailability The Furniture Guys reserve the right to change the delivery date.
The Furniture Guys reserve the right to change the delivery date and time should any unforeseen circumstances arise in the midst of delivery. While we endeavour to adhere to scheduled delivery timings and warrant to act within our means to notify you the soonest possible of any delays or difficulties, you acknowledge that you will, at no point in time, hold The Furniture Guys liable for any inconvenience, losses, damages, injury, charges, expenses and/or deaths that may arise from any delayed, postponed, incomplete or unfulfilled deliveries, to the extent permitted by Law.
Product photos in this website are provided by the manufacturers, efforts are taken to ensure as accurate representation of the products as possible. However due to lighting or photo taking constraints, actual color of product may vary slightly from the photo. Sometimes it might be due to the different settings on our devices.
All product dimensions are provided by manufacturers, sometimes they are rounded up to the nearest inch or centimeter. The dimensions provided are most times slightly more to ensure that the product fit in your desired space.
Mattresses may come with warranties of up to 10 years. Different mattress models have different warranty periods and these warranties are provided directly by the manufacturer. Warranty cards and/or relevant warranty details can be found packed together with the mattress. Mattress manufacturers' warranties differ between manufacturers, but in general, cover internal spring unit from defects such as serious sagging which are not due to normal wear and tear, broken springs and collapsed springs. Please read and follow the instructions on the warranty card (wrapped in plastic cover with mattress) carefully for the warranty to be effective. We advise you to fill up and submit your warranty application immediately after purchase for your warranty to be effective.
Our furniture comes with 6 months warranty on manufacturing defects (not including wear and tear or misuse). If you detect any manufacturing defects or damages which are not due to misuse or wear and tear, take a picture of the problem and send it to firstname.lastname@example.org with a brief explanation of the problem, including the order invoice number that can be found in the confirmation email sent to you, and date of purchase.
Warranties do not cover wrongly assembled products that are assembled by the customer.
PAYMENT, RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Our mode of payment is by credit / debit card or Paypal and bank deposit (atm / bank transfer). If payment by bank transfer is not received in full upon delivery, The Furniture Guys reserve the right to remove all delivered items back to its warehouse. Any deposit paid and goods sold are NOT refundable / returnable / exchangeable.
An acknowledgement email will be sent to you after online payment is completed. We will follow up with an official Sales Invoice (PDF format) via e-mail. Should there be any error in the details, please inform us immediately with a reply to the email. Please retain the invoice for warranty purpose and as proof of purchase.
DISPOSAL / DISMANTLING OF OLD FURNITURE
We do not dispose any forms of furniture, as we do not have the resources to break down and dispose old furniture in the authorised locations as specified by local authorities. We strongly advise you to contact your area's town council for free furniture disposal service (HDB or landed estates), or your condominium/office building's building management.
